Manage Your Business
Right now ISP Kit supports the following features:
- Companies can have different users with different access levels
- Accessible anywhere, even from a mobile phone with internet access
- Add and modify customers
- Search for customers, invoices and services
- Invoice customers. Invoices are emailed to customers in PDF format, or can be printed. The system keeps track of when an invoice was last sent.
- Statements are kept up to date by allocating receipts to customers when receiving payments. Statements can be searched and listings of how's statements are outstanding, as well as age analysis provided on each statement.
- Modules to manage certain business types will be added as they are developed. Right now, domain, web hosting and ADSL modules are available. For example, an upcoming module will manage storage units for storage rental companies.
- The invoicing module can keep track of items to be invoiced later to a customer
- Your customers can login to a portal to view their own statement (optional)
Domain & Web Hosting Module
- Keep track of when domains or web hosting packages your customers have registered with you will be expiring, and when you have invoiced the customer up until.
ADSL Module
- If you sell ADSL through us or another provider, you can use ISP Kit to keep track of your ADSL customers. If you resell through us or another qualifying reseller, you can use ISP Kit to do topups and automatically invoice the customer, and even generate all monthly ADSL invoices ready to send with a click of the button.
